We offer you more than just an apprenticeship.

In training.

You will rotate through various departments. Based on your interests and strengths, we will look together to see which ones suit you best. We will tailor your training plan to your individual needs.

Mentoring program.

You are never alone at TIM. Even before you start your apprenticeship, you will get to know your first colleagues at our apprentice barbecue. In addition, there are apprentice mentors in all departments to support you.

Trainee projects.

Our trainees play an active role in shaping their work processes. For example, they can visit schools as training ambassadors, independently organize reception duties or support the marketing team at the annual TIM CONFERENCE.

Additional qualifications.

In addition to a wealth of specialist knowledge, you will also gain numerous additional qualifications during your apprenticeship. At TIM, you can take part in presentation or sales training, learn exciting work techniques in the digital working environment and time management so that you are equipped for the working world of tomorrow.

Selection process.

So that you can get a realistic picture of TIM, we invite you to a taster day after the video interview. There you can take a look at our offices and workplaces, talk to trainees and ask any questions you may have.

Apply online

You can find our vacancies under TIM Careers. Are you interested in an apprenticeship? Then please submit your application directly online. You will receive a confirmation of receipt immediately.

Test & personal meeting

As soon as we have reviewed your documents and you have aroused our interest, you will receive an online test. If the result is positive, we will invite you to an initial online interview to get to know us, followed by a personal interview on site.

During this appointment, we will get to know you and the trainers and the content of your apprenticeship in detail. You will also have the opportunity to put your questions directly to trainees from the current year.

Receive contract & get started

Once all discussions have been successful for both sides and the details of the contract and the onboarding process have been clarified, you can get started straight away. Welcome to TIM: We look forward to meeting you!
