The content focus is on protecting VMs, especially to protect virtualized applications such as Microsoft Exchange, SQL and SharePoint.

The course is designed for experienced administrators and engineers who want to expand their knowledge of CommCell® design strategies and prepare for the Commvault Engineer exam – part of the Commvault Certified Engineer certification. It is recommended to take the Commvault Certified Professional certification in advance, which consists of the individual Commvault Professional Foundations and Commvault Professional Advanced exams.
